This is an extremely compact and good looking PDA. With a small keyboard and lack of Grafitti, this may not be the tool for some Power Users but should suffice most consumers....

cheap straightforward PDA
Strengths: Small, light, clearly readable screen, nice-looking.
Weakness: Not intuitive.
I've never owned a PDA before and now I wonder why. Actually, I know why-- as a graduate student, I'm still pretty poor and I never wanted to spend the money. But this little thing is downright inexpensive!
I didn't need something that could do it all (camera, mp3, phone, surf the web (do people really surf on these little things and do I really want to be attached to my e-mail wherever I go?, etc.), but I did want something that could could do quite a lot (like keep all my contacts, notes, to do lists, some documents, etc.) and for not much money. The other things I wanted included a keyboard (which usually raises the price of PDAs), the ability to download programs, and a PDA that wouldn't take me weeks to learn to use (I'm not a techie, technology should make things easier, NOT harder). Well, I got everything in this little package. It seems to satisfy all my requirements and is actually probably more than I need, but maybe one day, I will use the extras it comes with (you can add a SD card).
The other PDA I was looking at was the Clie TG 50-- definitely nicer but also about $150.00 more. So if you're looking for a straightforward PDA with some extras for a decent price-- this is it.
