This is my first PDA. So far i love it. The picture quality is great and for usability I would have to give this one 5 stars!! If I can figure out how to use this thing, anyone can!

HP (Hewlett-Packard) iPAQ Pocket PC H1940
Strengths: The unit seems to function good and fast
Weakness: Can not view the screen in anything but low room light. Not outside, not in the car and not even in bright room light. I can not make use of the PDA as I feel I should.
Have e-mailed HP five times with this problem and they have not respond except one time to say someone would be contacting me. Seems as if once they sell the PDA the wash their hands of you and any problems you might have.
