Wow, just Wow! In these days of indifferent service, Pennington went far beyond the call of service. Their Customer Care was second to none, the best I've seen in years. My order was lost by UPS or mis-delivered, and Pennington Customer Service would not rest until everything was resolved for everyone, and every one was satisfied. UPS dragged their "investigation" on for weeks and weeks, but I heard about the status every few days from Pennington's. Their prices are fantastic for their high quality, high thread count sheet sets, and I won't buy anywhere else from now on. |

Bedding after some search and overstock.com. Found by searching parent companies that some of the very "economical" buys have poor customer ratings, and the stranger kind of foreign manufacturing origins. Remember where an item is very cheap--returns are relatively cost prohibitive. This company offers really very good bargains. Note: merchandise has not yet been received. |

very good explanation - wish customer reviews were available -sheets were excellent size and sewn together at bottom - wish they were softer after only one wash as they were marketed as "Egyptian" sheet material - excellent product overall - happy w/Pennington's Home Goods |
