I ordered a pen on 4/3/2012. I received an email on 4/8/4012 stating that the item was backordered and would be shipped in two weeks. On 4/27/2012 I sent an email asking if I should cancel the order. I received an email stating that the pen had been shipped on 4/26. On 5/1/2012 I received a pen I did not order. I am still trying to resolve this matter but I think it would have been better if they had just let me cancel the order. |

I was VERY impressed witht he customer service. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item, it was caught by customer service, and questioned. Prompt communication from PENWA avoided having to mail back the wrong item. All was handled smoothly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service! |
