Perfume packaging had obviously been opened and resealed with scotch tape. When I emailed customer service they replied that the perfume was fine and they had opened the box to get an "inventory code". This was obviously a lie since no manufacturer places necessary codes on the inside of the sealed package. Their perfumes are tampered with. Beware. |

Perfume.com sent the wrong product (instead of cologne, I received a $6 gel.) After emails and phone calls, I never received, either by email or US Post, return labels. I did receive an email confirming shipment of the correct product. After 10 days I called, only to be told that the shipment never actually left the warehouse! After another phone call, they agreed to cancel the order and credit back my credit card. They still have not given me back my money. Nice people, terrible service, questionable ethics. |

I might have purchased other items if they had had some kind of description of the product. I like to try new fragrances, but without ANY kind of description for some of the fragrances that interested me, I wasn't about to buy them. The ones I actually purchased had descriptions of the fragrances and/or of the various scents included in the fragrance. |

I have shopped on multiple online stores for mens fragrances. So far, I have found that Perfume.com is the most creative in their offerings and lays out very clearly which ones are testers and which ones aren't. Ordering is easy and straightforward without having to create "accounts" or do any such extra work. I really think I'll be using them more often. |

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this product on Perfume.com. It's a difficult product to find, and I started searching for the best prices last year, and this is where I found it. I'm thrilled that a year later they still have the product in stock and at a reasonable price. Also, I'm a last minute shopper, so the 6 to 10 delivery time is great for me.... |
