I do not mention that I could not use the credit card out of country to place the payment until I figured it out in the confirmation e-mail. Not very comfortable. |

I just missed the cutoff for free shipping, which stinks. I was not told which method it's going to ship - usps, ups, fedex? This is my first time here and it was very easy to order, hopefully the confirmation email will tell me more. Well, the confirmation email didn't give me a tracking number, but I got the package via DHL within 3 business days! It was packed well and I'm thrilled with the whole transaction. I would buy from these guys again. |

In checking the BBB, found company to be reputable. And rightfully so. They were out of stock and I received a PHONE CALL from a customer service rep who explained the circumstances, gave me a 10% discount coupon on my next order and said I should try in about a week to see if they had it then. Very cooperative and very professional. Oh, and they had not charged my credit card! |

There are some sizes that are not available on the site. I also saw two of the same fragrances at the same size, same description, but at different prices. I feel less confident buying something that doesn't have a picture, even if I already like the fragrance. |
