I had to purchase one other item to qualify for free shipping but still ended up less than the others. Everything came as ordered. I would like to see you use paypal as a form of payment. I had to setup a secure online account with my credit card to make my purchase. That was a pain in the behind. All you reviews seemed excellent but one should always pratice safe purchasing habits. My efforts to do a secure online account did not go well but petsupplies 4 less called me twice so that we could get everything right. I did not have to run them down to fix any problems.
