I wasn't sure whether item was "In Stock" buy looking at the website, or whether I could extend the warranty, but a fast and friendly email response from their sales department answered all my questions. I placed the order on Monday and it arrived by UPS ground on Wednesday. Overall an excellent experience. |

Very efficient web site and ordering process. Minor issue: They sent an automated UPS tracking number, but cancelled it 1/2 hour later (probably because we had expedited shipping). They actually shipped as requested. The Dell 2405FPW monitor was perfect when it arrived. No problems whatsoever. Pilgrim Technology is an excellent on-line store. |

The order was shipped next business day (early) and they only charged me about $15 to ship a 30+ pound 24" Dell widescreen monitor. Unbelievable price, fantastic experience, terrific product (and $250+ shipping less than direct from Dell!). Only complaint is no information sent to tell me how to transfer Dell Warranty to me but I can figure that out. |

Ordered Dell monitor and within 6 hours it was shipped and I had Tracking number. Order confirmation and shipping/Tracking emails very promt! Monitor arrived 3 days later in perfect condition. Excellent Company! |
