Site was very easy to use. I did not see anything relating to stock information but I am not in a big hurry and I received an E-mail stating that tracking information would be provided by UPS. |

I just ordered a Kodak Z740 Camera and printer from the merchant. I had read all of the excellent reviews, but was still a little aprehensive since the product information was minimal. So I decided to call their customer service. To my surprise a person asnswerd on the first ring and she was so polite and kind. She had the product pulled from the shelf and read the content information to me. If the rest of the order goes as professionally as this, I will tell the world about this website. |

Con- No follow up shipping confirmation received, I was expecting trouble as several disreputable merchants are o n pricegrabber so read the merchant reviews carefully. PRO- 5 star service received from these guys, and they are getting my repeat business. By the time I was about to get annoyed I hadn't gotten a shipping notification the product was delivered new and in the original packaging and in a very timely fashion. |
