I ordered an LCD monitor and had no problems whatsoever. They provided email status and tracking number as is expected these days. I called them to see if the shipping could be accelerated, and they were very helpful. It took a couple of extra days to verify my credit card info, but besides this the transaction was great. They had the best price on a great monitor! I will order from them again (unless I cannot wait the couple of extra days). |

I have nothing but favorable things to day about Pilgrim. They had the cheapest price on the net for my Dell monitor (fully $125 less than Dell itself) and it arrived in good shape in just a couple of days, without the need for special delivery (and extra funds). I am very pleased with Pilgrim and would definitely order from them again. |

You have the best tracking and notification system of the discount online vendor services I have used so far. It is very comforting to have the vendor advising you of your purchase especially when its your first time to use the vendor. I have already save Price Grabber to my favorites. |

At first I was concerned because the site showed 3 of these monitors in stock and I could'nt find a customer service number to see If one was still available. I took the chance and ordered because of Pricegrabbers High ratingof drpilgrim. I received the monitor in 2 days as promised and was very satisfied with my order. Would definetly recommend to others and shop there again! |

I was very happy with the whole experience and would purchase from drpilgrim again. I was very impressed with the monitor. I had a 19" CRT that I replaced. The dell monitor is very sharp. I would not hesitate at this point recommending this monitor. |

I ordered a pair of Polk Audio R30 (cherry - order #313898). The ordering and shipping process are good and I am happy with it. Upon receiving the product, I found that one of the speaker grill has an area that is torn. Small but noticeable. I need to know if there is a way for me to get a replacement front grill for the R30, and if so, how much would it cost. I would prefer not return it, too much effort. Thanks. pktung@netscape.net |
