Wow. I deal with a lot of vendors, as I am a Procurement Manager at a large firm, and the service I received exceeded my expectations. My Account Executive, Christian Reynolds, was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. He found the equipment I was looking for with a price that beat all his competitors. I will definitely be using Pinnacle in the future. They made my procurement experience very easy! |

Ordering through pinnacle was an easy process. Order a couple of 146gb hard drives and got them 2 days after placing the order. I will use them again. |

THE WORST INTERNET BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY. I bought 4 months ago the hard drive model ST3300655SS, from Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. and this company offering Factory Warranty, I've tried to get the warranty with Seagate, but the response is: "No Seagate Warranty, Please contact the original place of purchase". This is misleading advertising. The seller do not honor the warranty. |
