First purchase with this vendor. Picked them even though thier price was a little higher because per their reviews even if things go wrong they seem willing to fix them. Hoping for a good experience as well. Beautifully designed website. Addendum The box it was shipped in was demolished and had been wrapped up with packing tape. Luckily, batteries are sturdy things. |

I Purchased a Panasonic Home Theater System (Refurbished) SC-HT680 on Feb 25, 2006 and examined the contents on receipt. Everything looked OK But I noticed that the amplifier/tuner was not protected by the normal styrofoam packing like the rest of the of the parts were. I installed the system in my motor home. I finished the installation of the systen on April 15. The unit wouldn't turn on. The unit was damaged per Panasonic repair facility. Pinnacle has a 15 day return policy & wouldn't help! |

I wish that I had been informed about Free Ground Shipping with UPS for Orders over $80 prior to submitting my order of $74.99. If I would have known, I would have made an additional purchase over $5.02 in order to qualify. |

Good experience to date -- first-time user. The first shipment had an error...they shipped me someone else's box by mistake. They made up for it quickly, however, and cross-shipped the correct item and e-mailed a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect one. |
