Fantastic customer service. I was sent personal emails and my replies were answered promptly. The item I ordered was out of stock, but rather than just cancel the order, Pinnacle gave me an upgrade. I would order from them again! |

Simply the best service ever from an online purchase. They had great prices on 2nd day air, I needed the product ASAP, so it had to ship the day I ordered. Many times if the shipping is cheap the order sits and you get hit with huge fees etc for "faster service". When I called (10 seconds after I hit the enter button) they said "your order is right here, we have it in stock, it will ship today" an hour later I had the tracking number. Product was genuine IBM part & on time. PERFECT! |
