This monitor requires an adapter that was supposed to be supplied free with it, however it was not included.

Order delivered promptly and trouble-free. One slight complaint was that the item (a digital TV receiver) came with instructions ONLY in French, Spanish and Italian). Apart from that, all OK. |

I currently live in London. Ordered from this merchant as the low price supplier. They advertise "always in stock". 2 days later I get an email "sorry, we sold too many and are out of stock." Even though it's still advertised. Very unprofessional. Beware Retailer Response (05/31/2011): Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the item you purchased was out of stock. Please note that we have over 1 300 000 products on our site and try to ensure that each status is updated daily. I can see that you placed your order on the 30th of April and that the product you ordered was out of stock. On the 3rd of May you contacted us to cancel your order, but as you made a charge back we were unable to refund you when requested. I thought I was given the best deal I could get. I shopped around for the product and found Pixmania to be by far the cheapest. I was also given £5 discount which made me feel even better. The only thing I didn't like was in the payment process, the membership card is automatically included. I didn't like this, I would prefer the offer to be there but not automatically selected. |

Excellent pricing and relative quick delivery (considering I selected the cheapest option). Downside of the website is the the multiple attempts to sell unwanted extras which have to be un-selected, rather than selected at checkout. |

Good value. That's all. It took Pixmania 2 weeks to deliver my item, and I live in the centre of a big city (Glasgow). No excuse for that. I simultaneously ordered a similar item for my daughter thru eBay and received it after 3 days, not 14, with the same basic delivery charge. When I got in touch with customer service they were useless to the point of being patronising and irritating. Dunno if I'll use them again. It was easy to find the product and place the order on the internet. The price for the product was very competitive. The feature to be able to track the product through the courier DHL was excellent. This feature enabled me to know precisely when the product was going to be delivered. |

Order placed late morning on Wednesday - arrived early evening Friday. A refreshing change from some merchants who take 6 weeks to pass on the information that the item is now out of stock and no idea when new supplies will be available!! |

Delivery dates were inconsistent - stated 2-3 days on website when ordered, but 4-6 days when checking progress.
Site claimed multiple shipping choices, but only offered regular shipping on checkout.
Tracking information was not sent out until morning of delivery with no explanation of shipping method used or likely time of delivery.
Order tracking was very poorly presented and used technical terms which carry no meaning to the consumer. Whilst the prices were the best on the net, the website was not easy to use. The search function did not bring up one of the items I was looking for even though it was listed by searching through Google, & the external link took me straight to it!
The postage cost was high & insantly went up purchasing multiple items & offered NO alternatives.
The checkout was poor. I do not want to "uncheck" expensive options for "loyalty" cards & membership schemes.
Delivery was not in the stated period, & provided by two separate companies! One gave me the option to re-arrange delivery with the local driver after I missed the first drop, the other, HDNL, have no such facilities, & only have a website/automated phone line giving the option of a DAY to (7 -7) to wait for the drop or collect from the depot. In the end I opted for that in spite of it being a 70 mile round trip!Finally... The cutomer service section of the pixmania site does not seem to have a "dispute" optiom!
