WARNING ! DO NOT BUY PANASONIC PRODUCTS FROM PIXMANIA (UK) , THEY ARE SOURCED IN FRANCE AND PANASONIC UK WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTIES OR PROMOTIONS. PIXMANIA'S' CUSTOMERCARE' MANAGERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND HOPE YOU WILL GO AWAY ! I HAVE BEEN TRYING GET A CASH REBATE OUT OF THIS COMPANY FOR 12 WEEKS. I WILL NOT GIVE UP MY CASE UNTIL THEY COUGH UP THE MONEY WHICHTHEIR JUNIOR AGENTS HAVE AGREED TO DO ON NUMEROUS OCCAISIONS. NOBODY IS WILLING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PATHETIC 'CUSTOMERCARE DEPARTMENT'. PANASONIC ARE NOT COMPLETELY BLAMELESS EITHER BUT THAT'S ANOTHER ISSUE.

You will be asked to send us two things; The letter from Panasonic stating the reason that the cash back was rejected was due to “the model not shown on the claim form “and a photo of the serial number of your product. The cut off date for the promotion was the 29/02/2012, so you may be ask to send proof that you have requested the cash back before this date. this nextbase 9 lite click duo deluxe pack does not contain the stanchion mounts which are supposed to come as standard and had european plugs not UK adaptors. So the seemingly cheap price was not such good value after all as we now need to buy these separately.

The service and delivery was good. Only want to say that description could be better as HD function on product is only able to work outside UK as the UK uses a diffrent coding as I found out of T2 so can get HD in Europe etc ok but not within UK. But the delivery and evrything was brill nore the manufactures fault for the way they display their product on the box.

Pixmania customer services have been appalling, necessitating in excess of 20 emails in order to get to where I am now - A refund of the item, delivery costs and a partial refund of return delivery costs, why I have only received a partial refund I do not know yet, I expect another 5 emails or more may shed some light on the matter. This has been a battle! Responses to emails are forthcoming but the undertaking of what is promised is not, and when you follow up an email their customer service team do not bother to check the history of the case and ask for the same information over and over. The laziness and incompetence of their staff is unbelievable and continuously being told something is going to be done without anything happening is infuriating. I just wish I had done some research about this joke outfit before I dealt with them and I may have been able to avoid wasting so much of my time.....I shall NEVER deal with them again.

its the first time ive placed an order with pixmania because the delivery fee of 13.40 is way too much and makes the products im interested in cheaper elsewhere so i was surprised to get the hp 2301x micro thin led monitor for £162 delivered service was a little slow but if its cheaper again ill use them

Extremely poor customer service, very unhelpful. No care in the world about the fact that one of my sons will now be without his main xmas present. I ordered 3 items for my 3 sons main xmas presents on 20th Dec 2011 and paid £52.60 for 24-48 hour express delivery. Only 2 of the 3 items has arrived on 23rd Dec 2011, a whole day after the express delivery I paid for. £52.80 is an awful lot of money for a fast delivery service that does NOT work. Pixmania has stated that they have dispatched all 3 items to UPS. UPS advises that they only have only collected 2 items from the Pixmania warehouse, this only illsutrates extremely poor Pixmania warehouse management. I have received nothing but poor customer service from Pixmania this whole week with dealing with them, and I'm stil without the razor trike for my 5 year old son and without a refund. I will NOT be using Pixmania.com again & do NOT recommend to anyone else!

If you have received a tracking number for the third parcel, it would have been dispatched and will be with UPS. If they have lost the parcel, we will need to open an investigation. The other possible explanation is that the third item was dispatched from a different warehouse and there for would not be following the same route as the others. Shopping was fin on the website. Not overly clear but not too bad. When the product arrived however it was poorly wrapped and delivered. The box containing the camera (which was a gift) was marked very badly with dirty finger prints and was split and cracked in several places. The delivery has only just arrived and unfortunately is too late for me to return before having to give the gift. This was really dissapointing and shows a lack of care that I wouldn't have expected. In the future I will not be shopping at Pixmania for any gifts.

Currently undergoing investigation as parcel received damaged. Box ripped not sent in any additional packaging. Not even sure all parts received in box. This is Christmas present and is in awful condition. We are requesting replacement or reimbursement. Would not advise anyone to shop with this merchant.

Eficiant could be improved especialy on stock levels and tracking of delivery availble to customers. I would still buy from PixMania as they are very competative on price.

was confused by automatic enrolement in 12 month deliver scheme but got out of it. Never did get a delivery date. But it arrived as ordered and at a fair price.
