Really good i found the lowest price via the prudent panda site. and even was given a voucher code at the point of being transferred. The netbook is a christmas present for my son he will be chuffed to bits with it |

I ordered a new camera and a used camera. The new camera was delivered fine, but after 10 days I still hadn't received the used camera despite paying for a 2-3 day deliver. I emailed customer service who told me that it was no longer available and that I had to send another email to request a refund. I'm not sure I would ever have been informed about the out of stock camera if I hadn't chased it. |

When goods delivered packaging was damaged and 1 item missing. Pixmania customer services are uncordinated and keep requesting information that has already been provided and no obvious action appears to have been taken |

I am very pleased with the merchant and the website which provided me with all the information needed to buy this oven .the deleivery time was important to me and the company did not fail me in that. I would not hesitate to buy from pixmania again. |

The order process did not confirm my set delivery address so I originally placed the order with it going to an old address. It should show my delivery address and ask whether I want to change it before confirming the order, like most other big websites. Also, I would like to update my email address but cannot do this unless I contact customer services. This needs to be a self-service request. |

When I placed my order, it said the camera was in stock, and I was not informed it had to come from overseas, therefore I had to wait 48 hrs for it. The lens arrived first .....I had to email company to find out about my camera, but I will say they're response was very quick and the camera did arrive when they said it would. Would suggest, they make it clear if an item is being brought in from overseas, as I had stayed in anticipating delivery. Retailer Response (12/13/2010): Hello, Thank you for your review.
