Major problem is that the items have not yet been dlivered.(Wed 8/12)Have chased DHL customer services who are too ignorant to even respond, Such poor service from these carriers must reflect very poorly on the overall value of using pixmania. How much is four days of being housebound awaiting delivery worth ?? |

no problem with placing the order - slight problem is it is now 12th Dec and I haven't received the parcel yet - will never order from the internet again because hdnl are so disorganised and there is no communication between office and delivery drivers - I'm going round the bend trying to get my parcel - they won't let me collect either |
