PRICES ARE RIGHT, EASE OF ORDERING IF DELIVERY GOES WELL AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. It has now been just over a week since I placed the arder I can't get anyone to give me a status of my order, and have not had my calls returned yet,just called for the second time today. My credit card was charged but that's it. |

The site doesn't tell you the approximate delivery date, which is a minus. Also, the description of the item is super limited as you go from one phase of entering your order to another. |

The online customer service representative was super helpful and very friendly. The Black Friday coupon and free shipping was what convinced me of placing the order with them. I am hoping that my delivery will be just as pleasant an experience. |

Price is reasonable, ordering on line was easy, free shipping is nice. Follow-up: Charged my card on 1 Nov, didn't ship until a week later. Delivery was a nightmare--the company they work with only contacted me to schedule a delivery after I called an e-mailed the merchang asking where my table was. Finally delivered on 10 Dec. |
