I found the site through the paid ad on Google, so that seems to work for you. I've been a loyal customer of Amazon's for years but for this product, I had the thought of straying since I was not pleased with the 2nd party seller's shipping charge. I like free shipping and mostly buy Amazon items that are on their "Prime" list (of which I subscribe). If you're unaware of it, the program runs about $75 per year and allows you Amazon direct sell products shipped 2nd day free and next day for 3.99 (I believe). They also offer an overnight for Saturdays for 6.99. I've had some very large and heavy packages shipped 2nd day at no cost and have obviously been pleased with that. Another great quality of theirs is their "one touch ordering" that makes it so convenient. I am definitely more of a convenient shopper than a price shopper. It is Jul 29 and I still have not received product nor is there a tracking number available. I have tried to reach them online, but there is no link to contact them. I called their toll free number and was on hold for over 20 mns until finally I tried to leave a message as recording suggests, voice mail was full and system said "Goodbye" and promptly hung up on me!! If you try calling and press 1 through sales, a recording states Sales representative will not be able to help people who have already placed an order =O Is this a Scam?? After calling customer service I was told that the extra amount was because of the distance. Still disappointed that cotton balls would cost that much to ship. Other than that everything was fine. A day or 2 later I received an email that several of the items I had ordered were out of stock. They then said I would receive a credit (and they didn't give me the $5 credit). However I have not received the credit. Today the shipment came but it's missing several items that weren't listed in the out of stock email and the packing slip made it look like everything had come. So now I'm out about $15 in items paid for but not received. I phoned customer service but they are closed. My first impression is not favorable and I cannot recommend their site.	Overall Rating
