Although their homepage says Free Shipping and Returns with no asterisks, etc, I paid them $16 when ordering, and now will have to pay almost $30 in customs and brokerage fees upon delivery. Since this will add up to over half the cost of my original purchase, I will not be accepting the delivery, but will not be refunded the $16 shipping cost I originally paid. In their defense, they do have a separate page in the FAQ that says that because I live in Canada, I am responsible for extra fees, but there was no link to it as I was placing my order online. Free shipping and returns, in my experience, is totally misleading.	Overall Rating
