My remote suffered from EXTREME non-sensitivity (NO...not a Dr.Phil question.!!:)) ...so often I would have to re-enter a command 3-4 times before it would register...even with NEW batteries...and EVEN holding the remote within inches of the IR-'eye'...during my programming dilema (next paragraph)...I did a 'factory reset'; which didn't help my programming problem... but NOW the remote works fine..!! Even the Westinghouse tech had NO idea why this should help... but it does..!! ............................................................~~~~~~~~
I cannot get my 27w6 to correctly auto-program digital channels... it programs all 105 cable-channels; including regular, & HD premium stuff (HBO, etc)... but it WILL not program my HD-network channels... like 8-1, 8-2, 13-1...etc. It is NOT a signal issue, & even tech-support has no clue. Anybody have similar problems.??
