Panasonic Viera TH42PX600CAB
Good looking stylish tv with split screen facility and other extras, crystal clear picture and easy to use operating instructions.
Once this tv has been set up with Sky HD box you can no longer use the split screen facility as Sky box doesn't allow it to operate.
Posted Jan 1, 2007 - We purchased this tv as a package deal for £2,500 that included sky HD half price and an HD dvd player and were delighted with the split screen facility and looked forward to watching two programmes at once. At no time were we told that as soon as Sky HD was connected to the TV the split screen facility would no longer be able to work, there was nothing stated in the literature that came with the tv either, we wouldn't have bought the tv if we had known this.. To get programmes in HD format you need a Sky HD box. We have spoken to both Panasonic and the dealer we bought the tv from and they are sending someone out to visit us to try and solve the problem.
