Awesome!! The best TV I've ever bought!
Strengths: Clear picture, found channels I didn't know I had, sleek design, simply take out of the box and plug in!
Weaknesses: none that I have found yet.
Summary: This TV is literally the best TV I have ever owned! I bought it to replace our old tube TV that was in our bedroom. It has changed the feel of the whole room. It has such a sleek design that it instantly makes me feel like I have a new more modern room. The picture quality is amazing. It's worth the $650 we paid for it!

Still have the antenna for watching TV
Strengths: THis was very easy to get out of the box and have a viewing picture.
Weaknesses: Have none to note has of yet, had it for 3 days
Summary: I have only antenna hook-up loc 45 miles west of chicago, and CBS (channel 2) and NBC (channel 5) where so snowy that there were time I just wouldn't watch those channels, with this unit I now can watch them with a clear picture.

Samsung LNT2642H
Strengths: Best Rated Picture, 3 Year Warranty, Best LCD I've seen after extensive searching for a 26 to 32 inch unit. All the reviews rave about it. AND I can hook up my Mac (or PC) to its VGA port!
Weaknesses: The 2653 has a higher contrast ratio and the 32" 3253 has a very wide viewing angle, but I like the 2642's speakers out front better for a bedroom. TV Setup needs to be done right! (see below)
Summary: This unit even beat out the Sony 26S3000! And Samsung has one of the best no dead pixel warranties. What a great picture and lots of inputs. To get the picture right, you really need to check out CNETs shopper.com review of the LNT3253 to see how they setup all Samsung LNT units properly. I just followed their testing setup the the Menu screen and made a few minor adjustments for my room lighting (a little more backlighting and brightness..) and its perfect. Yes, I'm a computer geek and musician, but this was easy to install and setup. I also run my PowerMac and PC thru this with my recording studio software. It makes a great 26" monitor (another reason I bought a Samsung, even the 32" has a VGA input, altho Mac users will probably choose their DVI to HDMI)

Very good LCD HDTV
Strengths: 2 sets of HDMI, RF, Component, S-Video, and A/V inputs; Pre-ampted QAM; TruBass and SRS WOW sounds
Weaknesses: A little fuzzy picture quality
Summary: Samsung LN-T2642H 26" LCD HDTV is a beauty. The frontal view with the piano-black finished frame is pleasing to the eye. Two sets of HDMI, RF, Component, S-Video and A/V give a plenty of inputs for a wide variety of external devices. Good and deep rich sounds are produced by the TruBass and SRS WOW. The HDTV has pre-ampted QAM to pick up clear local free HD channels even if their signals are weak. The only shortcoming that I find is by comparing it side by side to Panasonic TC-26LX70 26" LCD HDTV, which I purchased at the same time, LN-T2642H's picture quality appears a little fuzzy.

Sharp Clear Picture!
Strengths: Easy to connect. Impressive picture. Size is perfect for a bedroom.
Weaknesses: Not easy to access channel to watch DVD. Not for me anyway.
Summary: I am extremely satisfied with this TV. The picture is so clear and crisp. It was no problem to set up. It's pretty light weight for hanging on the wall. I have no complaints. It works great!

Samsung 26" LCD
Strengths: price, ease of use & picture quality
Weaknesses: black hi-gloss outer finish attracts dust & some glare
Summary: bought this TV for use in spare bedroom. it was easy to set-up and use out-of-box. rear and side connections are easy to use and access. the picture quality is great. the price was great. the outer hi-gloss black finish does reflect alittle and gater some dust.

SAMSUNG LCD ROCKS
Strengths: -Very Bright
-Great HD Picture
-Very Good SD Signal
Weaknesses: Not much, would be nice if it was 1080p
Summary: Very solid LCD, very bright picture. Works perfectly in my bedroom and doubles as a computer monitor (replaces two 20in Dell Monitors). The resolution for use as a PC is a little low but works just fine for me. HDTV looks great and SD isn't bad either. I got this at Circuit City and it came with a free DVD player.

Samsung LN-T2642H 26" LCD TV
Strengths: Great color and clarity
Weaknesses: None
Summary: We bought this 26" tv for our master bedroom. It was easy to assemble (took 5 minutes). Without any adjustments what so ever just plugged it in, tv tuned itself and it was ready to watch. The sound is fantastic for such an inexpensive flat panel tv. Bought it at Fry's supermarket for $529.99 on sale. We have had several Samsung TV's and always have been happy with the performance.
Thank you for the valuable feedback!

Excellent TV for just about any situation
Strengths: Bright, vibrant picture. Built-in ATSC/QAM tuners. Sleek appearance. Multiple HDMI ports.
Weaknesses: Color distortion when viewing from sharp angle below TV.
Summary: Overall, I was very pleased with this TV. Reasonable price, name brand, and sleek appearance is a attractive combination for any product. The built-in HD tuner is excellent, locking onto all local signals with no problem. The QAM tuner can be useful as well, depending on how many channels your cable company happens to leave unencrypted. This TV also has a good assortment of inputs, with multiple HDMI inputs. My only gripe is probably specific to my particular setup. My TV is on a relatively high perch, and there is rapid color distortion when viewed at sharp angles below the TV. This is a complete non-issue for most users who have the TV on normal TV stands.

Great TV!
Strengths: Great picture, nice size, great price!
Weaknesses: none!
Summary: This TV is great. The picture is just amazing. The price is great for the size, and it is HDTV capable, which is wonderful! I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for something not as big as the huge TV's, but who wants a great picture!
Thank you for the valuable feedback!
