Do not purchase Kreisen or Encross Enterprise products

Strengths: cost
Weaknesses: False warranty information on web site and with product Poor customer service- TV for repair now for 57 days and counting. Disconnected phone numbers Rebate never received.
BOTH THESE STATEMENTS APPEAR ON WEB SITE AND WARRANTY WITH PRODUCT:
WARRANTIED PRODUCTS FIXED ON SITE; No east coast service contract- Have to send product to CA at user expense $140.00.
PRODUCT WILL BE FIXED OR REPLACEMENT SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RECEIPT; They have told me 3 times it will be shipped. Each time they do not remember conversation or email.
They have had my tv since before Thanksgiving,
57 DAYS AND COUNTING.
Over 20 phone calls made and many emails.
TV was purchased in Feb, 05, under warranty. I still have not received my 100.00 rebate from them.
Reported to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General
