Strengths:

Solid HDTV-Ready LCD TV, whole brand line up includes 26", 27", 30", 32", 37" & 40" LCD TVs. Picture & LCD Panel quality comparable to brand Sony, Panasonic, etc...

Weaknesses:

Not enough stores carry the products. I had to drive out to Micro Center to purchase mine.

Posted Dec 8, 2004 - I purchased KREISEN 27" LCD TV for my folks and bought a 30" for myself. Both TVs work superbly and I really like beautiful design of both units as well. I called KREISEN and they said 37" & 40" will be available within a month. With many brand names costing so much more, it's very refreshing to see such great quality product at a great value.

This LCD TV is made in Korea, has much better pict ...

Strengths:

Good design, very good picture quality at bargain price, product is made in Korea, have great customer support with toll free number. Other Consumer Electronics Products avail through KREISEN

Weaknesses:

This value gem is not known to a lot of people

Posted Dec 3, 2004 - This LCD TV is made in Korea, has much better picture quality than a lot of the Chinese-brand cheap LCD TVs going around these days. I spent same amount of money as I would have for a cheap Chinese competitor but have the quality product you would find in Samsung, Sony or Panasonic. KREISEN has full size line-up at Micro Center 17" wide, 27, 30, 32 & soon 37 & 40" LCD TVs!!! The sales folks told me they use mostly Samsung & LG-Philips glass on all their TVs except 27".

Strengths:

Have TV tuner, easy install. big screen. Price attractive

Weaknesses:

The picture quality is snowy when u watch so close. The remote control is weak. U need to pointed to the TV sensor to control.

Posted Mar 31, 2005 - I buy it from ecost, they a supperfast. After confirm the address, next day morning I get it. The screen is big even though the picture is snowy when u sit close , u can see it. I have plasma too. Yes, quality was very different, but the price is different too. after rebate, it cost $8XX. This price can get 27" inch slim TV. what else u want to expect. It was great for my new bed room. I love it

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - KR-321T 32-Inch

Strengths:

The HD tv itself is very good for the price - except that it does not support the current HD connections only RCA type hook ups for HDTV boxes

Weaknesses:

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVERTISED REBATE NEVER RECEIVED NUMBER in SAN JOSE is disconnected need to call info and ask for Encross Inc. - then you get someone who barely speaks English

Posted Oct 2, 2006 - - It has been almost 1 year since I received my HDTV. I started calling at 10 weeks - number was disonnected. I called info in San Jose - no listing for Kreisen. I got a number for Encross - the guy who answered barely spoke English, didn't answer as if working for any corporation and rudely asked if I had a technology issue. I answered that I had a REBATE issue, he apologized and took my name an number and asked me to resubmit. I did and almost a year later - nothing -no one answers that number when I call now - and I leave numerous messages which are never returned. While the product is good DO NOT expect any rebate to be honored - NOR should you expect any SUPPORT.

Do not purchase Kreisen or Encross Enterprise products

False warranty information on web site and with product Poor customer service- TV for repair now for 57 days and counting. Disconnected phone numbers Rebate never received.

Posted Jan 18, 2006 - BOTH THESE STATEMENTS APPEAR ON WEB SITE AND WARRANTY WITH PRODUCT: WARRANTIED PRODUCTS FIXED ON SITE; No east coast service contract- Have to send product to CA at user expense $140.00. PRODUCT WILL BE FIXED OR REPLACEMENT SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RECEIPT; They have told me 3 times it will be shipped. Each time they do not remember conversation or email. They have had my tv since before Thanksgiving, 57 DAYS AND COUNTING. Over 20 phone calls made and many emails. TV was purchased in Feb, 05, under warranty. I still have not received my 100.00 rebate from them. Reported to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General
