Amazing Value in a Good Quality LCD TV
Set-up is easy, the SD card slot is a nice feature (if a little slow), 3 HDMI slots, The remote is not cheap as in some bargain TVs. Picture quality looks fine to me. Nice good looking enclosure.
The slowness of the picture viewing with the SD slot is my biggest complaint - this could be a great feature if well implemented.
Posted 3 weeks ago - I have always considered Panasonic a major brand for TV's and this seems like a solid TV with good features. This is a bargain priced TV but you would never know it - to me this equals peace of mind. From a user stand point the set-up is easy the SD card slot will likely be useful but the access times are slow. I do like the remote control and if you have other Panasonic components - like a BluRay player - the Viera Link works well. I haven't used the iPod feature yet but for some people this might be 'the' reason to buy this particular TV. In my mind playing music from a TV doesn't make too much sense unless you have it hooked up to an external sound system - which I do not. If you are looking for a bargain priced TV this is a very good option. Are there better TVs out there - Yes - but from my perspective and unless you are looking for a specific feature (like LED or 1080P) the differences are so marginal that I would rather save the money or add another component. Sixth Avenue shipping was very fast the package arrived without any damage and the TV was packed in a separate box with styrofoam peanuts for additional protection - I was very impressed.
