Great TV

Strengths:

Excellent picture and sound. Low power consumption. Easy to setup and adjust. Good remote and easy menu functions. No dead pixels, no problems.

Weaknesses:

No common RCA audio out, digital optical out only. Gloss finish.

Posted 1 year ago - This is Panasonic's biggest LCD. I would have gone for a 40" if it was LCD. Plasmas use too much power. I tested this one at 112W. Not real hot for the glossy finish, but not a show stopper. Provantage customer service was real helpful: they saw no product on their computers while on my ordering page it kept saying there were lots of units available. Call them if there is a problem and they will make it right. TV made it form PA to CA in 3 days! The price is the best, and customer service was great.

Very satisfied!

Strengths:

Great picture quality. Easy setup. 3 hdmi and pc input. PC video quality: great.

Weaknesses:

Limited picture adjustments. It's been said that the speakers are limited but my experience suggests that they are more than adequate...just don't expect home theater quality. NOT A PIONEER ELITE...

Posted 4 months ago - This tv has great video quality and fine audio output. I appreciate the ease of setup and the additional inputs conveniently placed on the side of the unit. However, I'm annoyed that the main video inputs are located to one side of the tv rather than centrally located. Panny's tend to have great customer service, good track record and reduced cost compared to Samsung. I would highly recommend to anyone who is not a hard core videophile...otherwise buy a Pioneer Elite. Also noteworthy: I am using a 50' hdmi cable to connect my desktop to the tv...picture quality and sound have not noticeably suffered. I am now using the tv as a remote monitor to watch Netflix and other media thru Windows Media Center.
