My order was placed on backorder and I was never informed. I sent an email asking about status and was never answered. I called and they couldn't give me a firm ship date. Worst service I've seen since dealing with Sears. And its been 20 years since I ordered from them. It will be 20 more before I order from plumbinggoods. Order canceled and I found the products cheaper locally. And on hand. |
