Good pool for the money

Posted 1 year ago - I set this pool up about 3 weeks ago and I am pretty satisified with it's performance. My family has used it every day since set up. Finding or creating a perfectly level base for the pool is absolutely essential. Pool will spill over so I put mulch around the base after installation. For the money, pretty good deal.

Save your money!

Posted 1 year ago - Purchased an Intex round metal framed 48”x24’. The day after setup it collapsed because the feet on the metal poles are too small and therefore sunk into the ground. Called Intex-horrible customer service, asked for a supervisor, stated they would call me back, never did. Sent E-Mail, reply stated “we would not replace the parts because they were damaged due to set up on soft soil or loose soil, we warn against it in the manual. If you'd like replacement parts, I regret to inform you that you would have to purchase them.”. My soil is not soft AND it doesn’t state that in the manual! I had to pay $120 to replace some of the legs – I didn’t even get all of them. Please be aware that Intex is currently rated an “F” with the BBB.
