We have used this company several times. On our last order we ordered what we thought was a complete set, but the labeling by the manufacturer was confusing, so we only got part of what we needed for the repair. Faviola at Poolcenter quickly sent us the missing part (the same day as my phone call) and credited us with all shipping costs. I think this company goes beyond and above normal criteria for providing customer satisfaction, and I look forward to further business with them. Overall Rating

I ordered 14 pool pop up heads, there was an issue, as no one had that many in stock. Pool centers Customer Care Manager Faviola Teel-Bishop helped me out tremendously in this matter, she made several calls, and thanks to her 14 heads were shipped to my home. I appreciated most of all her continued up-dates on my order status. I could not be more pleased with dealing with PoolCenter.com Overall Rating

I had one bad product experience with this vendor in the past. They quickly resolved the problem. Since that time I have again ordered from them several times. Each of the subsequent order has been easy and simple. There is one change I would like to request. Do NOT require a signature before delivery. Like many others, either no one is home or those that are are asleep and do not wake for the delivery. The signature accomplishes nothing except delivery delay. It certainly does not make it more secure as the notice of a missed delivery is just signed and left hanging on the door for anyone to see.

To be honest, our account is defaulted to leave ALL packages without a signature unless it is being shipped via truckline. UPS has their own policy, which over-rides our default setting, when they have high claims in the area. I am very sorry if they requested a signature before delivery. But I hope you understand now as to why they have. Thank you for your loyalty and we hope you are enjoying your summer.

Poorly designed shopping system. Hard to get to what you're looking for and cart loses things you've ordered. But once you jump through the hoops several times, the company is honest and delivers as ordered. I will continue to do business with them.

Your website was easy to use but after I put in all my information the order did not go through - I had an error message on my computer several times while trying to submit the order. I just hope that my order was not duplicated. I only received one confirmation number screen. Overall Rating
