For the aesthetically inclined as much as the audiophile...
Excellent sound, 7ft gives you plenty of length, Pretty, Bag included.
Expensive, Takes up more room than other cables of it's length/function, Included bag is crap (super thin nylon with a cheap piece of cardboard sewn into the flap).
Posted Aug 24, 2005 - The implied quality of this cable is off the charts. The most impressive thing about it by far is the woven sheath that surrounds the cable. It makes the cable look extra cool, but adds quite a bit of thickness (much more than comparable splitters). The overall thickness and strength of the sheath make it seem like it would be REAL hard to pinch or kink. But on the flip-side you can only roll it into a 4 inch diameter circle at it's tightest, (not so hot for travel). For this reason they include a bag, which was nice of them, but the bag is really cheap feeling. The connectors are high quality and provide a tight fix (like all monster RCA cables), but are much bigger than other y-splitters. Anyone with an iPod (or other high quality audio source) and a decent to nice stereo should pick one of these up. Otherwise, just use one of the 4 you have laying around from your "Discman" days. If the looks and the hardy sheath aren't priorities, there is another monster cable for 10 bucks cheaper with the exact same sound quality. Believe me, I emailed Monster :) If you want a mini > RCA splitter with superior sound quality, and sexy looks, this is the cable for you.
