Discussion of Elizabeth Arden On Time - White
Posted Jan 2, 2007 - Every time i unplug my iPod speakers and re-plug it in somewhere else my iPod wont play. Then I have to press the same buttons for about an hour and go throught all the steps literally 50 times to try to get it to work. I go to listen and then iPod and click the enter button. Then all i hear is just fizz. Like my iPod is on and connected and I read through troubleshoot everytime and make sure I have everything right and I do. Also, when i un-plug my iPod from the speakers and listen to my iPod with the original speakers it came with (the one's that go in my ear) and then try to plug it back into the speakers it doesn't work again. Then i have to go through all the steps again. I put it on the right setting and it doesn't work. I press the same button (the listen button, right across from the power button) about 50 times. Then randomly it starts working. I should be able to plug my iPod in, change it to the listen iPod and be able to listen to my iPod right away, but mine doesn't do that. It's cranky and it SOOOOOO annoying!

Discussion of Belkin F8V3080-APL TuneCast II FM Transmitter - Gray
Posted Apr 25, 2006 - I see no reports from others about the problem I'm having with the Tunecast II The auto shut off is too sensitive. It shuts the unit off after 30 seconds or so even when my MP3 player (Rio Forge) is set to maximum volume. This happens with battery operation and car adapter operation. Renders the unit useless! It also won't turn on automatically, but I could live with that. I called Belkin and they kindly agreed to replace the unit. But the new unit worked for less than a week before it started shutting off too. How could I get 2 units with a problem that no one else is reporting??? Is there any way for a user to disable the auto shutoff feature? Any advice would be appreciated! John Morgan
zoglogfrom CA Discussion of Belkin TuneBase FM for iPod nano - Black
Posted Apr 21, 2006 - Just a warning for you people. I got the Tunebase FM for the ipod mini last year and these will KILL your ipod's battery with regular use since it keeps on charging it over and over again. My ipod mini's battery only lasts a whopping 1 hour now after only a year. I basically used this for my commute to and from home approx 1.5 hours a day. The ipod's lithium ion battery may be somewhat resistant to memory effect but not totally. In a dock like this that constantly charges the device will cause your Battery life to diminish signifigantly.

Posted Apr 1, 2006 - This is the best quality "All-In-One" transmitter I have found. It is much more solid then the one that just went bad and lasted 4 months. Sound is good and easy to use. If this goes bad I'll be wiring the thing direct into the car stereo!! Costs 3x as much so you'd expect better quality!!
