Strengths:It's sturdy. I bought it today, assembled it, and did my workout and it was awesome. It does target your abs like nothing out there will ever do.
Weaknesses:You cannot fold it to stow it away
Posted Oct 30, 2007 - Contrary to some reviews here, it does not take a course in Rocket Science to assemble the Ab Lounge. I followed the instructions (people, for crying out loud, all you have to do is R-E-A-D!), and it took me about an hour or so. Again, if you read the instructions, you will be able to do it. I did it and I am no genius, believe you me. Another thing: I read a review from a guy who weighs 500 pounds complaining that it had broken on him. Again: people, please use your brains and read - it clearly says the weight limit is 250 pounds. And no, I do not work for Fitness Quest or Ab Lounge: I work at a bank. If properly done, this little thing will target your abs. Mine are hurting like crazy now, which is a very good sign.
