Sturdy build, strong hold, tight gearing. Firm ankle grips, makes this ideal for those with inversion needs...
Padding could be better, but it isn't uncomfortable...
Posted Nov 10, 2004 - I bought this, due to a back pain issue stemming from a Burst Fractur 3rd Lumbar. The fusswion didn't heal, correctly, leaving my spine crooked, & pressuring my spinal cord. This Inversion table holds my 225 pound 6'4" frame very securely. There are 3 "speeds" to which you can have it invert, or you can just leave that setting off and invert yourself, at the speed you wish. I am a fairly big guy, but have thin ankles. Mine feel firmly gripped, by the braces, that hold them in place. This leaves me without no doubts regarding my safety, or negative thoughts of falling off. This allows me to enjoy the process this much more!
