dagrafixman - (November 10, 2004) I bought this, due to a back pain issue stemming from a Burst Fractur 3rd Lumbar. The fusswion didn't heal, correctly, leaving my spine crooked, & pressuring my spinal cord. This Inversion table holds my 225 pound 6'4" frame very securely. There are 3 "speeds" to which you can have it invert, or you can just leave that setting off and invert yourself, at the speed you wish. I am a fairly big guy, but have thin ankles. Mine feel firmly gripped, by the braces, that hold them in place. This leaves me without no doubts regarding my safety, or negative thoughts of falling off. This allows me to enjoy the process this much more!

cmn2d - (February 23, 2005) All in all, I really like this machine. The routines that come with it are pretty easy, and I have found that it is easy to just sit in front of the TV and do some crunches on this machine. I would recommend it to anyone.

Mike4892 - (March 24, 2005) If the exercises are done properly this is a great workout. There is no doubt that the ab lounge, along with a healthy diet, will decrease waist size! I have also noticed that the prices are dropping. Check Wal-mart and K-mart for the best deals.

javagilman - (10/13/2009) This is an excellent product if you don't want to hang vertical but instead hang at an angle on the table. Extremely comfortable and well engineered.

digitalDon - (11/09/2008) I have used this at the Gym with my trainer and it really makes a difference. It is the best tool for working your core muscles, worth the money.

lily1717 - (10/04/2008) I enjoy using this machine as a supplement to going to the gym on days where I'm feeling too lazy to go. I can stay at home and read a book while doing the workout or even just watch TV. It's not high impact at all but after working out, you definitely feel like you've done an hr of intensity. I love the fact that it's super portable and that you can take it with you from room to room. I go from living room to the backyard on days I have to keep an eye on the kids. I enjoy the ease of use since it's simple and straightforward.
