JimboJimmy - (November 19, 2005) The acoustic sounds that this keyboard produces are impressive. The grand piano, horns, guitars, and drums are excellent. The built-in songs demonstrate the sonic capabilities of the instrument very well. The keyboard touch response is adequate for all but lead-fisted pounders. The user interface is, for the most part, clear and easy to use with many short-cut procedures built-in. The display is bright, easy to read, and well organized. Of course, the built-in learning system, easy to use recorder, metronome, rhythm patterns, and accompaniments make this an excellent choice for beginning muscians. luckydk - (April 26, 2005) I have been playing the piano ever since a little girl, however, I hardly have any chances to play since I moved to my own apartment. I wouldn't consider getting any digital keyboard as the substitute of a acoustic piano until I spotted this keyboard at Costco. This keyboard come with a full 88 key, pedal, and matching chair, and only weights ~50lbs. It costs much less than a real piano, fits perfectly in my apartment, and I won't ever have to worry about bothering my neighbours any more! However, the "touch response" of this keyboard is nothing to compare with an acoustic piano, some of the keys are more sensitive then the others. flweeks - (01/25/2009) I would recommend this product if you have a low amount of cash and want a full sized, good action keyboard and your midi uses are not to complicated. On the other hand, this units lack of functionality for many midi uses and implementations may be a deterrent.

mega129 - (11/27/2008) Bought this at a great price for my kids who're just starting out with piano lessons. For the price I paid, this is an amazing piece of equipment. The amount of instruments, options, controls this thing has is unbelievable. At the same time, it's not too intimidating; on the contrary, it's actually inviting for newcomers and encourages them to learn and have fun doing it. And though stand and sustain pedal have to be bought separately, it does come with the power cord, which is a big plus. All in all, an excellent purchase: my family's going to have years of enjoyment with it.
