This is our 11 or 12th order with POSGlobal and the service, price, delivery has been excellent from the first order. Vincent is a really helpful and great guy to deal with. |

They tell you package comes in manufacturing packing and when receiving items, the boxes are open. Our items in specific clearly includes and USB cable from the manufacturer, they seemed to open the box and taken 7 out of the 9 cables out. When you go back to them, they said its no included and they never talked about them on their description. What really happens is they go and update their site to not mention something we saw before. They probably take them out to sell them separetely. Very bad experience, they bill you ahead of time and they don't even comply with what they promised. |

POSGlobal staff were friendly and helpful when I spoke to them over the telephone, and I received my order sooner than I expected. Based on my first and only purchase from POSGlobal, I would reccomend them because they had what they said they had in stock, the product was brand new and genuine with original warranty and registration, and they shipped it fast. |

They don't have costumers service skill, they rude and very unfriendly, I called to return the scanners because they didnt come with cord and etc,,,,,,and before that I told them that I want to return the product's I said can I get some discount and the Guy was very rude and said no we don't have discount and that's discounted price and speak very unclear English, so I think they have to go to school to learn how to learn the ethics of business and become professional talkers and helpfully, I would just rate them 0 for the way they treating their costumers, we spending money so we deserve to get respect and appreciation in return |

First time buying from this vendor and the ordering process is pretty smooth. The site says that my part needs me to call to check for stock but still allowed me to process the order without calling. Will see if they have stock or not when they are open. 9/13/2011 - They did not have stock. They canceled my order and did not charge my credit card. Since I have no other experience with them other than the placing/canceling of my order I can only mark them as average. I did mark them down for "Item marked as backorder/discontinued" since they did not have stock and should have stated so on the website. |

UPDATE: The product arrived sooner than I expected. The order was fulfilled with 100% accuracy. I am extremely please by this vendor's performance. Granted, I have just placed my order with this vendor, but so far I am extremely pleased with my shopping experience. The web site was easy to navigate. I knew the item was in stock. I am very price conscious so I purchased at POSGloabl.com due to their lowest overall price for my product. I will certainly shop here again. |
