5 Star Review Best power supply I've owned!

Strengths:

- Beautiful exterior... almost like a dark chromish mirror. It is titanium plated finish - Adjustable power rails with light indicators - SLi ready - One 12V rail 33Amps

Weaknesses:

- might be a little heavy if you're looking for a light case. But the heavier the power supply, the better they are so not sure this could be both a weakness and strength? - Cables are a little long

Posted Jul 18, 2006 - This PSU has been stable on full load for 24/7 stress testing. The box made show green leds but they are actually blue. The green led psu is the non sli one so pay attention! The voltages are adjustable on the back of the psu with a small screw driver if you ever need more juice. My system setup: DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 ULTRA-D Athlon 64 3200+ Venice O/Ced to 2.8ghz Leadtek 128MB PCI-E O/Ced to 550/1100 1 DVD-RW 5 x SATA HDDs 1 3ware 9500S-4LP RAID card 3 case fans

5 Star Review OCZ Technology OCZ PowerStream 520 Watt - Plenty of Power

Strengths:

Beautiful enclosure. Adjustable voltage. Plenty of connectors for newer mobos.

Weaknesses:

Not modular. All the wores should be loomed, not just the ATX, SLI, and Two single molex connectors.

Posted Nov 16, 2005 - This PSU provides plenty of power for newer motherboards. I am currently using it with a DFI NF4 Lanparty Ultra and it runs beautifully. Plenty of positive reviews, especially at the HardOCP forums, where they are tough critics of power supplies.

5 Star Review Excellent power supply

Strengths:

Adjustable power rails, solid 33A on single 12v rail, high efficiency, SLI ready.

Weaknesses:

Routing the cables in the case is a little difficult due to the stiff nature of the shielding. Not a big deal.

Posted Apr 16, 2006 - Power supply has been rock solid on my 3.8ghz overclocked Pentium D system with multiple hard drives and optical drives with a power hungry ATI video card. Rails hardly move under load. Handles everything I’ve thrown at it with room for the future.

5 Star Review Great Power Supply.

Strengths:

Has enough juice to run anything.

Weaknesses:

Fan lights are annoying, Fans are pretty loud. 1 12v connector for video card.

Posted Jan 18, 2006 - This Power Supply is a good one to use for overclocking for any DFI Lanparty motherboard. I was either this Power Supply or the Seasonic S12 500w/600w but they had problems with the DFI Lanparty motherboard.
