2 PCIE connectors, advertisement shows "Multi-GPU Ready" If Multi GPU ready means use four 4 pin connectors to pcie adaptors it is ready.

Posted Dec 27, 2007 - No 4 pins left for fans after DVD and mobo. Power problems under load on 1 of 2 Video cards. Switched power connectors from 1 Video card to the other, guess what, power problem followed. Maybe just bad adaptors, No, unless all 6 I have are bad. I hope to RMA.

Another great GSX PSU...

Strengths:

Small, runs cool, provides copoius clean power, Active PFC.

Weaknesses:

Finish not as nice as the PowerStream series of OCZ PSU's, some of the cables (especially the motherboard connectors) can be a little difficult to work with).

Posted Apr 25, 2007 - When I got my QX6700 CPU system built, I wanted a PSu that would handle it easily even with 2 8800 vidcards installed. Aside from a slightly lower level of cosmetic fit-and-finish and some modular cables that have a more difficult time than average plugging in (especially to the MB), it is a terrific PSU. To get more any more, you definitely need to move up to something like a PCP&C or Seasonic PSU, which is also a very different price point. This is the perfect PSU for someone who wants to run a new power-hungry system and SLI or Crossfire, but doesn't want to spend $400+ on their PSU.

Great Product!!

Strengths:

Low fan noise,Nice led in fan,and price.large 12cm fan moves the air very well

Weaknesses:

Needs 4 pci-e connecters

Posted Mar 18, 2007 - Only gave it 4 stars because it needs 4 pci-e connections but for the money you cant go wrong and would buy again! Directron offers testing so you shoudnt worry much on a DOA and get your system up and running again. $5 for peace of mind is worth it!
