The "refurbished" laptop I bought with them has been in and out of repair multiple times over the last eighteen months. The power cord sold to me was third party, not even designed for the computer I purchased, and cost me 100 dollars to replace. This retailer is not to be trusted. |

I purchased two copies of Parrallel Desktop 5 only to receive an email a few hours later from the vendor stating that I could not order the software without ordering two MAC computers. No where on the website was this noted. I will NEVER do business with this vendor. |

These guys are crazy !!! Ordered two monitors on Friday and they arrived on Monday. Including some hiccups with the credit card payment (BofA wanted a confirmation by phone for the purchase). Are they not doin' weekends up in Washington ? Excellent Shop !! Highly recommended ! |

Worst customer service ever. I called them a few days after the purchase to verify the order, get tracking info & confirm the price since it spiked on their website for the same product a day later. Their representative said it was all correct and told me to wait for tracking info. I called back after not hearing from them for a week, and they simply said "we canceled your order due to an incorrect price." After I was the one looking to confirm the price in the first place! They didn't notify me, or try to work it out at all; I had to call THEM back after waiting a week. Their motto is "Too bad for you." |

1) Sent me a wrong shipping / tracking number 2) Wrong item shipped 3) It takes about two days (and still counting) to have a return to be arranged Additionally, this isn't the first time that PowerMax has screw up my order. I'm done with them. |

This is such a friendly warm online store which does not compromise in showing you the depth of technical details and images you need to make a purchase decision. It also steers away from artifically inflating prices and then giving coupons to cherry pickers. It rewards clients for their relationship and loyalty. Great store for all Mac products and I wont go to Amazon if the delivery experience is smooth |

I didn't know the differencw between the "credit card verification number'" and the "credit card number," so I just entered my 3-digit PIN for each. It then requested that I fill out the other parameter as well, and as I only had one number (my 3-digit PIN), I just used my 3-digit PIN for both blanks, and it seems to have worked, but if it does not, I will not be very happy about it.! I think that you people should clarify that particular issue and make it easier! |

PowerMax has been my "go-to" computer store since the G5. I have just ordered the Snow Leopard upgrade. I have three MACs and would not shop any where else! I recommend PowerMax to everyone interested in a MAC. |

sometimes i don't get a tracking number once my order has shipped, making it mysterious as to my order status. however, as i have purchased many things from powermax, i know that if i email them, they respond with any information requested. if i were a new customer and knew nothing of them, it would make me very nervous. :) |
