I placed an order for a receiver on Sunday, and a UPS delivery sticker was on my door on Thursday. I waited at home and received it on Friday. By Saturday I was enjoying my new receiver. The price isn't really much better than other sites. Pricegrabber seems to be bought off. The real low prices from many sites were not updated, so you actually need to click on every site to be sure you are getting the best deal. After enjoying my new receiver for a week, I received an email from powersellernyc asking me to call to confirm my order, which was a condition for my order to go through. Because I already received my order, I decided not to bother. Bottom line: be brave. If the price is good, just place your order. Do not be deterred by the lousy reviews. |

Easy site, great reviews and good price Ordered TV on Sunday. Confirmed with seller on Monday. Delivery stated at 7-10 days. Set was delivered on Thursday (3 days) !!! In time for the Super Bowl! Great Job, great company, great people. |

After placing the original order, I was called by with one of the PowerSellerNY sales representatives. He was very friendly and courteous and offered the extended 2-yr equipment warranty and HDMI as a package deal. I ultimately increased my order to include the warranty and HDMI cable. The package containing the AVR arrived at my residence on 16 December, despite the terrible weather and way ahead of the promised delivery date. But, the HDMI cable or 2-year warranty information was not included. I emailed and phoned PowerSellerNY on 14 and 17 December and was assured the HDMI cable had been shipped via a different carrier and should arrive any day. Also, I was informed that the company insuring the warranty would contact me via email, which was received on 18 December. To date, I have NOT received the HDMI cable. |

(Edited January 17th by callpcs1) Update to 1/11/2011 Entry. Purchased the Samsung UN55C8000 55" LED TV & 3D blu-ray player. Needed it to arrive within 5 days, so I paid an extra $175 express shipping fee to have it arrive quickly. Was told by the sales order rep that would not be a problem. However, it took 15 days for it to arrive. Ordered it on 11/04/2010 and it arrived on 11/19/2010. Called PowersellerNYC on 4 separate occasions before the order arrived. The customer service person following up on my complaint said the sales order person should not have promised arrival within 5 business days, because the product doesn't ship right away. Got a call from PowersellerNYC last week concerned that I was not satisfied, & they wanted to rectify that & make me a happy customer. They've decided to refund me the $175 express fee. Nobody's perfect, & I'm impressed with fact that though the ball was dropped, they wouldn't let this end until I was happy. This makes me want to do business with them again! |

Bought the extended warrenty since they cannot offer the warrenty through Denon. Cheapest price anywhere even with the extra warrenty. Not pushy at all (a major plus). Salesmen was very knowledgeable and professional |

It was a good experience but I did the 3 day shipping to make sure I received it by Christmas Eve. I hope it comes by then. It didn't give me any indication as to when I could expect to receive it. |
