Phone was defective. I emailed and left an offline message indicating that I wanted to return defective product and wanted a refund. Finally, after several attempts got verbal rma authority to return. I made it clear that I wanted a refund, not replacement. Shipped back on 10-12-09 and received by pricego. Received an email response to my offline chat message that I would receive credit upon them receiving phone. It is now 10-27-09: No refund and no responses to my telephone messages and unable to get anyone on the phone. Must dispute creditcard. Do not deal with this site! "	Overall Rating

Other than that i would grade this merchant above average. Now that i received the products, they were below my expectation. When I opened my package the first thing that bothered me was that the items were not in factory packaging. They will not respnd to your emails and they even changed there return policy after I purchased an MP3 player from them. Originally I could return the item with a 15% restocking fee if only the would have gave me an RMA number. Now they only take returns on defective merchandise and will only exchange it. I ordered two (what I thought were IPODS) for Christmas for my daughters, but when they arrived it was obvious they were not Apple IPODS. I have tried numerous times to get the infamous RMA# via email with no luck. If you have a Bank of America credit card they are aware of the BS company and will work with you to get your money back.
