Went thru 2 of these thru the return process at a cost of 34.00 total in shipping for repairs to New Jersey. Kodak will not pay warranty shipping even though new unit bought on line never worked out of the box & the one they sent back, a used but"factory certified" replacement had several fatal flaws, still waiting for a refund. Kodak customer service on defective units is very discouraging. I guess they should know. JMG
