TopStrengths: Great quality, performance, both units toner and drum in single cartridge
Weakness: Size is little big as compare to 3050
I am looking for a Laser AIO, after lot of research I decided to go for the HP 3052 model. I got this Laser AIO printer at very good price at approx 50% off its retail price. This have one big advantage over the base model 3050 that it have a Flat Bed, this will help in copy and scan operation. Other thing which is good in it is quality printing and fast processing of Print jobs.
This single machine is good for all my printing, scanning and copying needs. Over all I can say that its good for both home and home office purpose. The installation of this AIO is very easy and took only 5 minutes. The Scanning is quick and fast. Scanning from a book is also easy as it is flatbed. Another plus point of HP 3052 that its printer cartridge contains both unit’s toner and drum, so cartridge replacement cost is reduced.
The size is little bit big as compare to the HP 3050 model, have taken more space on my table, but if I consider all other features and the price I paid for it, Its a great buy. It performs so well that I just love it

TopStrengths: Fast, clear output on printing. Easy to hook up and use.
Weakness: Scanner for copying and scanning is a bit slow to warm up. Plastic paper guides are a bit flimsey
I purchased this multi-function copier for my office, which is on the opposite side of the suite from the main copier. It is easy to zap off a quick copy of things without moving away from my desk. The multi-page feeder for both copying and scanning is a welcome feature, and works smoothly.
I chose HP because of the reliability of my old laser printer. The speed and clarity of the printed copies are much better than my old 1500.

TopStrengths: Outstanding value, easy setup, network ready, Low Toner Cartridege replacement costs
Weakness: It takes a little bit time for warming up.
This unit was on sell for 50% off during October, 2006. I also learned that the Toner Cartridege is not that expensive. Unlike Brother and Sharp, they have both toner and drum cartridge. For this unit, toner and drum are in 1 cartridge so you only need to replace 1 cartridge.
It only took me 15 Min to set up the hardware.
For the last few days, the Print, Scan, and Copy funtions provide me a very good result. The noisy level is lower than the Brother and Sharp.
For the price I paid, this is a very good deal.

Good all-in-one home or small office
Strengths: Good quality laser, easy setup, flatbed scanner, comparatively inexpensive toner replacement, intuitive menu control, built-in network capability and an overall excellent machine for little money.
Weakness: Automatic document feeder prone to jams, scanning software leaves a bit to be disired, no online chat support- only limited phone support.
I looked around a good bit when shopping for an all-in-one. I don't need the fax feature (why does anyone send faxes when you have a scanner and email?) and I scan a lot of documents. The setup was very easy (although I am pretty sure my parents would have difficulty with it) and I was up and running connected to the network in no time at all.
I am very happy with the printing portion of this all-in-ond and for the most party relativly satisfied with the scanning to files and scanning to copy features. The one issue I have is with the automatic document feeder. It seems to jam pretty frequently- especially if I scan a heavier grade of paper with the ADF. Of course having the flatbed is a good way around this if you are not wanting to scan multiple sheet documents.
The scanning software seems a little dated and difficult to set up profiles with the specific settings I need for different types of scans. However with patience, effort and a good bit of time the profiles can be set and once they are using them is pretty easy.
If you are not a high-volume scanner this machine would be perfect for you.
