I love that it scans 50 pages at once and that it prints very fast.Also it's a great fax machine because all prints come out clear and legible.

TopStrengths: Quick printing. Quiet scanning function.
Weakness: Software is web-based. Software has negatives.
Access of address book can take 10 seconds or more. Previous HP address book not importable. Leaves box on screen while faxing that does not go away. Limited address book. They could not have beta tested with people using the equipment as part of their livelihood. Tech support had no solutions or work arounds for these issues. At times I wish I had stuck with my HP K60 and 6300 scanner.

Color scans looked very attractive, though scanning speeds were slow; has a legal-size scan area.

Strengths: easy of use
Weakness: maybe the price and the scanner
overall, the quality of the product is good. however, if the scanner can have a higher resolution it will be better. it is a good printer and the fax function is wonderful.
