A solid SOHO printer
Fast on multiple page prints, pretty good time to first page out, though not instant as the box claims.
A bit noisy, the ethernet and duplexing on the D/N/DN models costs a lot more than this one.
Posted Feb 10, 2007 - If you're looking for a SOHO printer and won't need duplexing or networking, look no further than this printer. It has a decent size speed advantage over the 10xx series. My only real complain on this model is that its not as quiet as the 10xx series in my opinion. It prints fast and with great resolution. If you are looking at the upgradable memory option, then don't get this printer for that. HP uses an odd format DDR stick which is very expensive. You would be better served just putting that 100+ dollars towards a higher end printer.
