Strengths: DUPLEXER WORKS GREAT WHEN IT DOES WORK
Weakness: SET-UP TAKES MONTHS. MOST SYSTEMS (FAX, SCAN, COPIER) FAIL. DELL SUPPORT IN INDIA AND THE PHILLIPINES IS PATHETIC.
DELL HAS HAD TO REPLACE THIS ENTIRE UNIT 3 TIMES. SCANNER PUTS LINES DOWN THE MIDDLE OF COPIES. FAX BEEPS ERROR MESSAGES. COPIER JAMS. DELL SUPPORT KEEPS YOU ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS ON END. I'LL NEVER BUY DELL PRODUCTS AGAIN.
