Good printer for a great price

Strengths:

one ink cartridge, lightweight, compact, easy to use

Weaknesses:

for the price .... none I can find except it doesn't come with a USB cable

Posted Mar 11, 2007 - This is a very nice printer for $33 to the door. Plus you can refill the cartridge with an ink refill kit. Before I bought the printer I saw other reviews that comment on not being able to refill the ink was a con, but I was able to find a refill kit for my cartridge online .... some people are unhappy about the black ink not being completely black, but I have no problem with it ... looks fine to me. The picture it prints are not bad at all. For someone that is looking for an easy to use inexpensive printer with nice printing results this is the one for you. Only having one ink cartridge is a plus in my opinion. No problems installing software or printer .... definitely a good buy .... hope this helps :)

Pictures OK, text comes out grey-ish

Strengths:

The price, photos OK if You use photo paper

Weaknesses:

Pure text is a little bit grey.

Posted Jun 15, 2006 - I would not recommend it if You´re only printing text. Otherwise it´s a bargain for the price. The installation is very easy. You will be asked to register the product, and if You decline, it will remind You again :(.
