It is now the 19th of this month and I have yet to receive a an email with a tracking number! I have tried calling them and it always goes directly to an answering machine, where I have left a message, but they didn't return my call! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in all my years shopping online! Retailer Response (09/09/2009): We try to respond to all our customers immediately via email or phone. The reason the product wasn\'t shipped because the item our customer ordered has been discontinued since. We have emailed our customer letting her know of the situation and her order has been canceled and the charges have been refunded.	Overall Rating

Immediately after,I realized I made a mistake and tried to cancel the order.I called the number but they were closed. I sent them an email. The next morning I called and left several messages from 9 am till noon. My secretary called too. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I checked my account in their website, in the morning it was being processed. Tonight they shipped it. Now I have to contest this with my creditcard.I am very aggravated.
