Shopping experience at ameiva.co.uk was brilliant it was nice & easy to browse through the site, the prices were cheapest on line. The site is simple yet effective because you can find what you are looking for with ease. |

(Edited April 24th by DoctorF) I ordered my printer at about 3pm yesterday and it arrived this morning (sealed) at 10am, even though a two day band of delivery time had been given to me. I chose Ameiva over two or three of the other options (even though they were a couple of quid more expensive) as they GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER on their website. I now have A PERSON with a name to talk to rather than a webchat function (which didn't seem to work at another company). Very friendly service. |

Having read the glowing reviews by others I tried to place an order with this company online today: the price list was not current for the product I wished to purchase, so I have spent most of the day trying to make contact, left repeated messages on answerphones (and written e-mails). I have decided to cancel the order owing to the poor & unhelpful service provided today and the obvious lack of attention to customer requirements. I have subsequently discovered that there are other suppliers who welcome the chance to do business and to meet one's specific delivery requirements. |
